1Acceptance of Order Terms
By placing an order on brookytreats.com or through our official WhatsApp desk (03282198558), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the production, scheduling, payment, and motorcycle courier dispatch of our handcrafted brownies.
2Fresh Baking Model & 2:00 PM PKT Cut-off
Brooky Treats operates strictly as an on-demand cloud kitchen. To eliminate food waste and ensure peak freshness, we do not hold stale shelf stock.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM PKT are scheduled for next-day delivery or designated priority batch.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PKT enter the subsequent day’s bake cycle.
- Delivery Time Windows: You can select between Afternoon (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM) and Evening (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM) slots.
3Karachi Delivery Fares & Courier Protocol
Delivery fares are calculated strictly by actual road distance from our central kitchen hub in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi:
Motorcycle Courier Protocol: Riders are instructed to transport brownie crates level and upright in dedicated bags, kept completely away from hot engine exhausts. The customer is responsible for providing a valid, reachable phone number to receive the rider's arrival call at the building gate or compound.
4Payment Options & Verification
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Exact payment in Pakistani Rupees must be handed to the motorcycle rider upon physical delivery.
- State Bank Raast Instant Transfer: Transfers are made directly to Raast ID 03282198558. Verified Account Title: Inayah Subhan (or Anaya Subhan). Raast orders require payment receipt confirmation before the batch is loaded into the oven.
5Perishable Goods & Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an order before baking commences, notify our team immediately via WhatsApp at 03282198558.
6Quality Guarantee & Transit Damage
We inspect every crinkle crust and package every batch in food-grade silicone-lined boxes with greaseproof seals. In the rare event that your brownies are crushed, melted, or damaged during motorcycle courier transit:
Contact us via WhatsApp (03282198558) within 2 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged box. Upon verification, we will immediately schedule a fresh replacement bake or issue an appropriate credit.
7Storage & Serving Best Practices
Brownies remain fresh in an airtight container for up to 5 days at cool room temperature, or up to 2 weeks refrigerated. For our signature molten fudge texture, warm an individual slice in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds before serving.
8Governing Law
These terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Karachi, Province of Sindh, Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
