• Delivery Address & Sector: Complete street, block, house/apartment number, and landmark to calculate Karachi road distance and deliver without delays.
• Email Address (Optional): Used exclusively to send your official order receipt, live tracking links, baking updates, and post-delivery feedback surveys.
• Payment Verification: Selected payment option (Cash on Delivery or Raast instant transfer). For Raast orders, uploaded payment receipt screenshots are retained solely to verify credit before baking.

Your address and phone number are only shared with the assigned courier rider for the specific duration of fulfilling your delivery.

We use minimal local storage purely to maintain your active shopping cart, remember your chosen Karachi delivery sector during checkout, and keep track of your active order ID. We do not use third-party behavioral advertising cookies.

7Data Retention & Your Right to Deletion

Order history is retained in our secure local store for customer receipt retrieval and tax accounting. You have the right at any time to request the complete deletion or anonymization of your past order details, phone number, and address from our records.
