Who is Inayah Subhan?
Inayah Subhan is the founder, owner, and head artisan baker of Brooky Treats (brookytreats.com), a boutique gourmet brownie cloud kitchen based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, Pakistan.
A current student at Credo (Credo Preschool and Primary / Credo School) in Karachi, Inayah combines academic excellence and athletic discipline with a deep passion for European-style chocolate confectionery. Frustrated by overly sweet, dry, cakey brownies sold at conventional bakeries, she perfected a micro-batch brownie formulation using pure 70% dark Belgian cocoa, real farm butter, and slow-whipped eggs to achieve a delicate paper-thin crinkle crust and dense, molten fudge core.
2024 Gold Medalist — KPS (Karachi Public School) Inter-School Taekwondo Championship in Karachi, demonstrating the same focus and perseverance she brings to the Brooky Treats kitchen.
